Every workout is a worship experience, because we're glorifying God with our bodies, which are His. Honor Him and push through!

Plan B is critical. Always have a backup plan in case you can't get to the gym, it's raining or extremely cold, your schedule get thrown off, etc. Pinterest is a great source, for workouts that can be done in the living room. Nike Training Club app is great for selecting workouts that can be done home or outside with little to no equipment. Print a few workouts or save them on your phone, so they are readily accessible whenever needed.

Pack a snack. (This should be a life rule)! The body can't recover if it's starving. Muscles love fructose, which is the sugar that occurs naturally in fruit. Grab some fruit to stash in your gym bag.

The things we don't like become more fun when we have someone else to not like them with! You can catch up, fellowship, AND be active at the same time. If no one will meet you to exercise, just plug in your ear buds (or Bluetooth), and give someone a call while you're working out!

Scheduling breaks DURING your workout and planning REST DAYS is key. This should be part of your schedule, not a spur of the moment decision, so you don't use it as an excuse to fall off.

Whether it's the nosy person on your job, your workout buddy, or a friend you call before you head to the gym,  SOMEONE needs to know you're supposed to work out today. If you keep it to yourself, it's easier to fall off.

Change clothes before you change your mind! Change at work, change at home, change at school...it's not as easy to skip the gym when you already have on the clothes. (Plus,  people will ask you where you're going, and you don't want lie )...:)

\ Dynamic stretches stretch the muscle with motion, like knee highs, butt kicks, and windmills. Static stretches are when you stretch while staying in place, like bending over to touch your toes or pulling your arm across your chest.

Soreness is usually a build-up of lactic acid. (Lactic acid is a by-product of breaking down food for energy in the body). The only way to get lactic acid out is to keep the blood pumping. If you're really sore, instead of taking the day off, make it a light day or a cardio-only day. You'll feel better when you sweat it out, not sit it out.

Don’t deny your sweet tooth...it will only get worse.  Creatively satisfy sweet cravings with healthy alternatives. Try honey with your strawberries for dessert. You can even go for sweeter smoothies by adding coconut milk, agave/honey, cinnamon, or nutmeg.

Hate carrot juice?  Not fond of asparagus?  You'll never know unless you try. Eating healthy...eating in general, can get boring if you're rotating through the same things.  If something different is on sale, pick it up and try it out!

Pick a day to shop, chop, and throw it in the pot!  Get your 3 meals + snacks all prepared and packaged for the week.  It eliminates slip-ups and can help you keep on track and on budget.  One healthy decision today can last you all week! Thanks for the photo and the inspiration @will10_.

Get your salads prepped at the beginning of hte week, then store them in Mason jars to keep them from wilting.  When it's time to gead out, just grab thejar and go!  Thanks for the photo and the inspiration @davidkenton and @firstclasskeena.

Water over everything.  Our bodies are made of mostly water, the earth is made of mostly water (and we derive from it), so most of what we drink should be water.  Try simply drinking one come in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. Remember, water + dust= clay.  Stay malleable and don't dry out on God.
